The Programs Junior Achievement for the secondary school level represent a sequence of separate entities, explained for pupils in grades 5-9.

2. Urbanism

Is an annual program of economic and entrepreneurial education, proposed to fifth-grade students, which aims to familiarize pupils with various notions related to the urban environment and urban development, in which pupils will gain knowledge and skills related to the environment built and the processes that transform this environment, taking into account the natural environment. This annual program is an innovative and interdisciplinary approach, which is based on elements specific to several areas, which it combines in a unique and friendly way, for young people to understand. The annual program aims to stimulate young people's curiosity about the city and to develop their "urban look" - the ability to read the city from various perspectives and points of view (social, economic, political, cultural, anthropological, urban, historical), so , to develop skills of active and responsible involvement to respond to the socio-economic needs of the communities, in order to efficiently capitalize on community resources, conservation and promotion of economic and cultural heritage for future generations.

3. Me and the economy

The annual program proposed to fifth-grade students, facilitates the assessment of personal abilities and interests, explores possibilities for building a successful career and reveals the value of studies. The annual program will strengthen the capacities for elaborating and managing the personal and family budget, solving problems, self-evaluation, team collaboration and assuming different roles. Me and the economy address topics related to personal skills and interests, career options, and personal and family financial management. The teaching activities highlight the way in which the decisions of the pupils regarding education, career, expenses and investments influence their role in the society.

4. Entrepreneurial spirit

The annual program proposed to sixth graders, explains how a company works and explores the basic features of the market economy system. Through practical activities, pupils become familiar with and apply cardinal concepts such as: market, its structure, producer and consumer, supply and demand, prices and profits, income and expenditure, specialization and division of labor. This annual program helps pupils to understand the main features of the economic system based on private property and entrepreneurship, as well as the role of companies in this system. The activity is designed to consolidate the economic concepts taught in other courses. Pupils learn the first steps of organizing a company, how to produce and bring onto the market a product. They also learn about corporate social responsibilities and the role of government in a market economy.

5. The economy in figures

The annual program proposed to the students of the 7th grade, contributes to the understanding by pupils of economic concepts through mathematical calculations. In the annual program, pupils will become aware of the importance of mathematics for their future career and for economic transactions, will develop skills and deepen their understanding of mathematics concepts. The annual program connects the business community, school and family, by involving the notions of general mathematics, simple algebra and geometry. Pupils are involved in a series of activities that stimulate thinking, which helps them understand the mechanism of using mathematical concepts in their future careers, but also in personal economic transactions.

6. International market

The annual program proposed to eighth graders, offers models of interaction between different peoples, various economic systems through trade. Pupils will study various economic systems, existing resources in different regions of the world and their role in international trade, as well as the effects of emigration and the possibilities of affirmation in their own country. The annual program meets the need of the pupil to accumulate information about: key aspects of the global economy, how international trade works, the impact of international trade on the daily life of the individual.

7. The key to success

The annual program proposed for the ninth grade, provides young people with the necessary information to be able to form a healthy lifestyle and creates opportunities in choosing a career. The annual program aims to develop pupils' interpersonal skills and create a clearer vision of their future career, their role in the community they belong to and the need for education for the future.

The Professionals and Beginners/ “Job Shadow Day” event is one of the components of the course, which is a trip to a company's work environment, giving girls and boys theoretical knowledge, practical experiences and career models, helping them make the best decision about their professional future. The program aims to help young people understand the relationship between learning and success in the workplace, to observe the way of working in a team and the rules of operation of different departments, as well as the whole company. Girls and boys have the opportunity to identify the skills needed to pursue a certain profession, to assess the possibilities of achieving a successful professional career and to learn how to cope with the employment process.

8. School minifirm

The annual program proposed to students of the 6th – 9th grade,  is a practical workshop and contributes to the accumulation of knowledge for the operation of the small enterprise: its creation, administration and liquidation. Pupils will be involved in the business and production environment, will show initiative and responsibility. It is an annual program that presents the entrepreneurial theme in a different way, succeeding, through a variety of practical activities and tools designed to support different learning styles, to contribute to the entrepreneurial development of pupils and to increase their understanding of the relationship between what they learn in school and successful participation in the global economy.

The "Innovation Camp" event is a 24-hour workshop where students gather to analyze a business-specific problem and come up with innovative and feasible ideas that could be used to solve the established problem.

The "School Companies Fair" event is an event organized over the course of a day, where young people, teachers, business and other direct consumers gather due to the fact that the event is an open one. Thus, students have the opportunity to interact directly with potential consumers, which is an important advantage for them to promote and market their products and services made within the School Company program. All business ideas are appreciated and evaluated by a jury, so three best innovative ideas from an innovative and sustainable perspective are subsequently identified. The team that comes first participates in the next stage - the European School Companies Fair.
