The world, society, especially the economic environment can be associated with bodies that are always developing and improving. Each of us is part of this environment, at the same time we are the engine that contributes and determines the vector of development. 11 years ago, I stepped for the first time on the threshold of the College of Finance and Banking, at the moment Center of Excellence. I decided to choose the economic field, initially because I was in love with numbers. During the learning process, with the help of specialists I started to love the field in which I decided to become a specialist.
A great contribution to the training of the specialist in me was brought by the “School Company” project, launched by “Junior Achievement”. The detail and reality with which certain situations in the management process of a company are presented is amazing. In this project I learned for the first time to work in a team, to comply with decisions made by the team leader, and at the same time to make decisions, being also a team leader. The exchange of experience with other teams involved in this project from other educational institutions, including from other countries, especially Romania, awakened in me the competitive spirit.
Thank you very much Junior Achievement Moldova for launching the project and introducing to the world of economics in a more detailed and realistic way. Congratulations on the 25th anniversary of the activity in the Republic of Moldova. I wish you success, do not stop existing projects, and also launch new projects in the Republic of Moldova.
